1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and PrimoDevStudio, the operator of ProofPost. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy policy, and any plan details shown at checkout.
You must be legally able to enter a contract. If you use ProofPost for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts and integrations
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining lawful access to connected review, commerce, and social accounts.
You authorise ProofPost to access and act through connected services only to perform the features you request. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and limits, and ProofPost is not responsible for changes made by those providers.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content and brand materials you provide. You grant ProofPost a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, adapt, generate, and transmit that material solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed to use submitted reviews, personal data, logos, images, connected accounts, and publishing destinations. Generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use ProofPost to violate law or third-party rights, misrepresent reviews, publish deceptive content, send spam, distribute malware, bypass limits or security, probe the service without permission, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it.
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or harm to ProofPost, customers, or third parties.
5. Purchases, renewals, and tax
Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record and legal seller for purchases. Dodo processes payment, applicable tax, invoices, fraud checks, refunds, and payment disputes. Your purchase is also subject to the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms.
Prices, currency, billing interval, and included usage are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically using the payment method on file. To prevent the next renewal, cancel through the available account or billing controls at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Refunds and plan changes
Refund eligibility and processing are described in the Refund policy. ProofPost does not issue payment invoices or refunds directly; approved requests are submitted to Dodo Payments for processing to the original payment method.
Plan changes and usage limits take effect as described when you make the change. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund policy or required by mandatory law.
7. Service and intellectual property
ProofPost, its software, interface, trademarks, and original materials belong to PrimoDevStudio or its licensors. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the service during your account term.
We may maintain, secure, and improve the service and may change features. If a change materially reduces paid core functionality, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. Beta features may change or be withdrawn.
8. Warranties and liability
ProofPost is provided with reasonable care but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for ProofPost during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
9. Termination and law
You may stop using ProofPost at any time. We may terminate an account for material breach, unlawful use, serious security risk, or prolonged non-payment, with reasonable notice where circumstances permit. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of establishment, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s place of establishment have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Notices may be sent to hello@proofpost.pro.
