Refund policy

You may cancel through the available account or billing controls. Submit cancellation at least 48 hours before the renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access normally remains available until then.

You may request a full refund of your first ProofPost subscription payment within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. Email hello@proofpost.pro from the account owner’s email address and include the workspace name and Dodo Payments order or invoice reference.

This voluntary policy does not limit any cancellation or refund right provided by mandatory consumer law.

Renewal charges and unused portions of a billing period are not refundable unless a charge is duplicate or erroneous, ProofPost has expressly agreed otherwise, or applicable law requires a refund. Not using the service or forgetting to cancel does not by itself create refund eligibility.

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record. ProofPost reviews the request and, when approved, instructs Dodo Payments to return the eligible amount to the original payment method. ProofPost does not send refunds by another payment route.

Dodo Payments generally processes an initiated refund within 3–5 business days, but your bank or payment provider may take longer to display it. Exchange-rate differences and bank charges are outside ProofPost’s control.

Contact hello@proofpost.pro promptly if you do not recognise a charge or believe it is incorrect so we can investigate with Dodo Payments. Nothing in this policy restricts rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.
